What if it doesn't look like them?
You'll see a proof before we etch anything, and you can ask for changes as many times as you need. If the finished orb still isn't right when it arrives, we'll remake it.

My photo is old and a little blurry.
That's usually fine. Etching reads contrast rather than resolution, so a soft photo often comes out beautifully. Send it over and we'll let you know honestly before you commit.

Can you do two pets together?
Yes, in the 8 cm Home Edition — either from one photo of them together, or from two separate photos combined at the proof stage.

How long does it take?
